Do free plugins really stay free forever?
Yes. Every feature listed on a free plugin's page works in the free version with no artificial limits. We will never paywall a feature that was previously free. Premium plugins are completely separate products that solve different problems.
What's the difference between free and Pro?
When a Pro version exists, it's a separate addon that adds new capabilities on top of the free plugin. Pro never gates a feature that's in the free version. The free version is a complete product on its own.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Premium products are annual subscriptions that renew automatically. You can cancel from your Themology account at any time. After cancellation you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I want a refund after I bought a plugin?
Email support@themology.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. A human will approve the refund, you'll get a confirmation email, and the money lands back on your card within 5-10 business days. No questions, no friction.
Do you offer support for free plugins?
Free plugins are supported through their WordPress.org plugin support forum. We monitor those forums and respond as time permits. Premium customers get priority support through our ticket system with a 1-2 business day response time.
Can I use one Pro license on multiple sites?
Each Pro license includes a set number of activations per the product page (typically 1-5 sites). You can deactivate a site from your account and reuse the activation elsewhere. Need more sites? Contact us about volume pricing.
Do you offer custom development?
No. We focus on building and maintaining a small set of focused plugins. For custom work, we recommend Codeable or hiring a WordPress developer directly.
