We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our products under the following conditions:

  • You have contacted our support team, and we have been unable to resolve your technical issues.

Non-Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made after 14 days from the purchase date.
  • The product works as described but does not meet your specific expectations or requirements that were not advertised as features.
  • You have changed your mind or no longer need the product.
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake (however, we may offer a one-time exchange).
  • The issues you are experiencing are due to conflicts with other plugins or themes that we cannot reasonably be expected to anticipate.
  • You have not attempted to contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information about the issues you're experiencing.
  3. If your request meets our refund criteria, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for product bundles if only some of the included products are not satisfactory or if you've been using the product for a significant portion of the refund period.

Renewal Refunds

If your license has auto-renewed and you no longer wish to maintain it, we offer a 7-day refund period for renewal payments, provided you have not downloaded any updates or used support services during that period.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, but usually ranges from 3-10 business days.
