Premium plugins and themes
For plugins and themes purchased from Themology, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
If you've attempted to resolve issues with our support team and still feel the product doesn't meet your requirements, we'll process your refund promptly.
How to request a refund
You have two options. Pick whichever is easier for you:
Email us
Send a short email to support@themology.com with:
- Your order number (from the purchase confirmation email)
- Brief reason for the refund. One line is enough.
Open a support request
Go to support, pick “billing” as the category, and include your order number. The ticket lands directly in our queue.
Either way, a human will read it, approve the refund, and you'll get a confirmation email. You don't need to log in, talk to anyone first, or justify your decision.
Refund processing time
Once approved, we submit your refund immediately. Your financial institution may take 5-10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed on our end.
Subscription renewals
Our premium plugins and themes are sold as annual subscriptions that renew automatically. You can manage everything from your Themology account:
- Cancel anytime: Cancel or resume your subscription from your account.
- Renewal reminder: You'll receive an email before each renewal.
- Update payment: Change your payment method directly from your account.
- Forgot to cancel? Contact us within 7 days of renewal for a full refund.
- Keep access: After cancellation, you retain access until your billing period ends.
What's not covered
To keep things fair for everyone, refunds are generally not available for:
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- “Change of mind” after the refund window
- Not reading product requirements before purchase
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting (though we'll still try to help)
A note on chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us directly for refunds rather than filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are costly for small businesses like ours, and we'd much rather work with you directly to resolve any issues.
If you're having any problems, please reach out. We genuinely want to help and will work with you to find a solution.
Free plugins and themes
Our free plugins and themes on WordPress.org are open source and provided at no cost. Since there's no payment involved, there's nothing to refund.

Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions to support our open-source work and are generally non-refundable.
