Themology offers the following license types for our products:
A Single Site License grants you the right to use the product on one WordPress installation only. If you want to use the product on multiple sites, you will need to purchase additional licenses.
A Developer License allows you to use the product on up to 5 WordPress installations that you own or manage. This license is perfect for freelancers and small agencies.
An Agency License allows you to use the product on unlimited WordPress installations that you own or manage. This license is ideal for agencies and companies with multiple websites.
All licenses are perpetual, meaning you can use the product for as long as you wish on the allowed number of websites. However, updates and support are provided for one year from the date of purchase. After that period, you may continue to use the product but will not receive updates or support unless you renew your license.
Your license includes access to:
To continue receiving updates and support after the initial year, you will need to renew your license. Renewal prices are typically offered at a discount from the original purchase price.
The following restrictions apply to all licenses:
Some of our products may include license validation functionality that periodically connects to our servers to verify that your license is valid. This helps us protect our products from unauthorized use. Your license key must be entered in the product settings to receive updates and support.
Our WordPress themes and plugins include code that is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later. This means that you have the freedom to use, modify, and distribute the GPL-licensed portions of our products in compliance with the GPL terms.
However, non-GPL elements of our products such as images, CSS, and JavaScript may be subject to the licensing terms described above.
Please refer to our Refund Policy page for details about our refund conditions and process.
We reserve the right to amend these license terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately. Continued use of our products after changes to the license terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
