  1. You submit a ticket. Subject, plugin, what happened. Markdown is supported in the description.
  2. An AI assistant takes a first pass on documentation and how-to questions only. If it can answer with confidence, you get a reply in minutes with cited sources from our docs. If it isn't confident, the ticket goes straight to a human.
  3. Billing, license, and account questions skip the AI entirely. These always go to a human first.
  4. You get email updates for every reply. Reply by email or come back to the dashboard. Both work.
  5. Resolved tickets become public knowledge. If your ticket isn't sensitive, the resolved Q&A may end up in the public knowledge base so the next person with the same question finds an answer instantly.
