Metrics explained#

Total tickets#

  • Counts all non-cancelled tickets
  • Includes gift purchases
  • Each quantity = separate ticket

Not counted:

  • Cancelled orders
  • Refunded tickets
  • Pending orders

Total revenue#

  • Sum of ticket prices
  • Based on order totals
  • In store currency

Note: Revenue is from completed orders only.

Gift purchase percentage#

Formula: (Gift Tickets / Total Tickets) × 100

Helps understand:

  • How popular gifting is
  • Marketing opportunity for gifts
  • Social spread of your raffle

Unique buyers#

  • Count of distinct email addresses
  • Based on purchaser email
  • Indicates reach/engagement

Higher is better - means more participants, not just repeat buyers.
