For plugins and themes purchased from Themology, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.If you've attempted to resolve issues with our support team and still feel the product doesn't meet your requirements, we'll process your refund promptly.💡 Tip: Before requesting a refund, please contact our support team. How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time
Once approved, we submit your refund immediately. Your financial institution may take 5-10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed on our end.Subscription Renewals
Our premium plugins and themes are sold as annual subscriptions that renew automatically. You can manage everything from your Themology account:✓Cancel anytime: Cancel, pause, or resume your subscription from your account.
✓Renewal reminder: You'll receive an email before each renewal.
✓Update payment: Change your payment method directly from your account.
✓Forgot to cancel? Contact us within 7 days of renewal for a full refund.
✓Keep access: After cancellation, you retain access until your billing period ends.
What's Not Covered
To keep things fair for everyone, refunds are generally not available for:•Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
