Installation
Get BuyGuard up and running in your WooCommerce store.
This guide walks you through installing and activating BuyGuard for WooCommerce.
Requirements
Before installing, ensure your server meets these requirements:
- WordPress 5.8 or higher
- WooCommerce 7.0 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher
Installation methods
From WordPress admin
- Go to Plugins > Add New in your WordPress admin
- Search for "BuyGuard"
- Click Install Now on the plugin card
- Click Activate once installed
Manual upload
- Download the plugin from WordPress.org
- Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
- Choose the downloaded ZIP file
- Click Install Now and activate
Via WP-CLI
wp plugin install buyguard-for-woocommerce --activateVerification
After activation:
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > BuyGuard
- If you see the settings page, the plugin is installed correctly
