Evenzo – Events Manager for WooCommerce#

Evenzo is our free events manager for WooCommerce, hosted on WordPress.org. It helps you create and sell event tickets directly from your WooCommerce store. Use your existing payment gateways, manage attendees, and check people in with QR codes.

Install Evenzo straight from your WordPress dashboard or download it from WordPress.org. Every feature documented here is included in the free plugin.

What you can do#

Create and Manage Events Set up single events, recurring events, or multi-day conferences. Add venue details, organizer information, and speaker profiles. Track capacity and registration deadlines.

Sell Tickets Turn any WooCommerce product into an event ticket. Set up different ticket types using variable products. Collect attendee information at checkout and control how many tickets each customer can buy.

Track Attendees View everyone who registered for your events. Search by name or email, filter by event or status, and export lists to CSV. Each attendee gets a unique ticket code.

Check People In Scan QR codes at the door using any device with a camera. Search for attendees manually if needed. See real-time check-in statistics as your event progresses.

Print PDF Tickets Customers can download and print tickets from their account page. Each ticket includes event details, attendee information, and a QR code.
